订阅管理: 打开 "设置 → Apple ID → 订阅" 可查看、取消或更改订阅方案。
恢复购买: 在 App 内 "设置 → 订阅" 页面点击 "恢复购买"。
数据备份: 所有数据默认本地存储。登录账号后会同步至云端作为备份,换设备时可恢复。
账户删除: 在 App 内 "设置 → 账户 → 删除账户",将永久删除所有云端数据。

Pricing: Premium ¥12/month. Free tier allows 3 workout plan generations per day; Premium is unlimited. Sold only in the mainland China App Store.
Manage subscription: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to view, cancel, or change your plan.
Restore purchases: In-app Settings → Subscription → "Restore Purchases".
Data backup: All data is stored locally by default. Signed-in users' data is synced to the cloud as backup and can be restored on a new device.
Delete account: In-app Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes all cloud data.
